Digital Waste Mitigation
Our CabinetVision software allows us to gang parts as closely as possible on one sheet to minimize waste.

Up To 90% Waste MitigationOur sustainability approach begins during the drafting and engineering phase of every project, where parts are digitally optimized for CNC machining to maximize material yield and utilize each sheet as efficiently as possible. By minimizing excess during the design stage, we reduce waste up to 90% before fabrication even begins.
Material Reuse & Upcycling
Our millwork machinery utilize state of the industry dust collection systems for shop cleanliness and recycling ease.

75% Scrap and Excess Material ReuseThroughout production, any usable offcuts and material remnants are carefully sorted and reused in future projects, totaling at least 75% of non-mitigated waste. Materials that cannot be reused are responsibly diverted.
Sawdust and Stone UpcyclingSawdust and stone particulate generated during fabrication are collected and repurposed for uses such as garden mulch, donated, or processed through appropriate recycling channels.
Water & Energy Consumption
CSU Industries does not use any water during fabrication for a net zero impact.
